Refund policy

Cancellations and refunds

Art & Wine Session. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts using the link in your confirmation email, and we will refund the full amount. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, and no-shows, are not entitled to a refund.

Private room. You can cancel up to 7 days before the session starts by calling +34 632 185 842, and we will refund the full amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, and no-shows, are not entitled to a refund.

Drop-in. Paid on site. No refund applies once the session has started.

Gift vouchers. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, provided the voucher has not been redeemed, by writing to hola@artandwinemalaga.com.

Cancellation by us. If, for exceptional reasons, we have to cancel a session, you can choose between changing the date or receiving a full refund.

Refunds are made using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
