Providing the data marked as mandatory in the booking form is necessary for us to provide the service. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects concerning you.

Recipients and international transfers

We share data with the providers needed to deliver the service, who act as data processors: Shopify (online store and payments), Cowlendar (bookings), Google (booking calendar) and Comply (VeriFactu electronic invoicing).

Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by adequacy decisions.

We also disclose data to the Spanish Tax Agency and other public bodies where required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw any consent given at any time, by writing to hola@artandwinemalaga.com.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
